Member Portal

Your member portal is your gateway to managing benefits easily and securely. Once you’ve set up your account, you’ll have instant access to:

  • Plan details and benefit summaries

  • Claims and explanation of benefits (EOBs)

  • Digital Medical ID cards ready to use right away

  • Downloadable forms (available in Spanish when provided by the carrier)

About Your
Medical ID Card

A few key things to know about your medical ID card:

  • Physical cards typically arrive by mail in January.

  • Only the primary member’s name appears on the card.

  • The same card works for all covered family members.

  • Your digital ID card (found in your portal) can be used right away at appointments or the pharmacy.


Before You Schedule Care

Some plans work with multiple carriers. Because of that, provider offices may not always recognize the plan name right away.

To help things go smoothly:

  • Ask your provider to verify eligibility before your visit.

  • Give the office the carrier name listed on your ID card, not just the plan administrator.

  • Keep your digital ID card handy in case details are needed.

Taking these quick steps helps avoid claim delays or billing errors later.
