Group Account Manager

Kendall joined The Shields Agency with a strong background in residential real estate and a degree in Business and Professional Sales. In February of 2023, she was promoted to Group Account Manager, a role that allows her to combine her client service skills with her passion for helping others navigate their insurance needs.

Originally from Arizona, Kendall brings energy, professionalism, and a team-first attitude to everything she does. She supports our clients and team members with care, attention to detail, and a willingness to always go the extra mile.

Outside the office, Kendall and her husband have been married for nearly seven years and they are proud parents of two children. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time on the lake with family, running, traveling, and soaking up the joys (and challenges) of motherhood.
